Dr. Loden is a strong advocate for lifestyle medicine and restoring health. She works with her patients to prevent and reverse chronic diseases instead of maintaining a lifetime of medication and restriction. She is a certified health coach, earning her credential from the National Society of Health Coaches, the first evidence-based coaching program in the country.
