At VitalityMWC, our mission is to guide you in reversing disease and restoring health. We are targeting not just symptoms but underlying thoughts, beliefs, and habits contributing to chronic disease.
Dr. Amy Loden’s wellness program and advice have helped hundreds of people in the last decade with weight loss, blood pressure reduction, and improvements in glucose, cholesterol, and liver enzyme elevation. Additional benefits include increased energy, better sleep, stronger relationships, and lower stress levels.
Resident Physician – Internal Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine
Medical director at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis
Internal Medicine Physician for Women – Consultants in Women’s Healthcare
Founder of VitalityMWC and creator of the proprietary wellness program
Dr. Loden is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She is also a certified health and wellness coach with additional training in life coaching. She graduated with honors from both Missouri State University (BS) and the University of Missouri School of Medicine (MD). She completed her internship at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and residency at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City. She earned her MBA from Washington University in Saint Louis after moving back to Missouri to be closer to her family in 2013.
She is a strong advocate for restoring health; she works with her patients to prevent and reverse chronic diseases where appropriate instead of maintaining a lifetime of medication and restriction. She is especially interested in preventing cardiovascular disease and is well known in the medical community for her passion to identify women with pregnancies affected by diabetes, high blood pressure or preeclampsia, as these all predict future cardiovascular disease.
As part of her work in this area, she created a proprietary wellness program, which is based on the latest scientific research and is designed to help people find freedom in their health. The program has demonstrated outcomes including weight loss, blood pressure reduction, and improvements in glucose, cholesterol and liver enzyme elevation. Additional benefits participants report include increased energy, better sleep, stronger relationships and lower stress levels.
Anna Burke, FNP-BC, is board certified in Family Nursing Practice by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (AANC). She attended Saint Louis University, where she graduated with a Master’s of Science degree in Nursing. She also completed her undergraduate education at Saint Louis University, graduating with honors. She spent ten years working in critical care medicine at Missouri Baptist Medical Center before transitioning her career to primary care with a focus in obesity management, behavioral health and preventive medicine. A native of Chicago, IL, Anna moved to Saint Louis in 2007.
Anna focuses her practice in adult medicine and co-manages a panel of patients with Dr. Loden treating chronic disease and acute illnesses. Additionally, she leverages preventive medicine and her nursing expertise to optimize long term health for well patients. Her caring and gentle demeanor puts her patients at ease and she is loved by her patients and colleagues alike. She is passionate about helping patients obtain convenient and high value medical care, while maintaining continuity and low costs. Her clinical interests include obesity management and improving mental health in primary care.
Anna is interested in using non-pharmacologic ways to treat disease and has completed additional training in Culinary Medicine from Harvard University. She uses these skills to augment her work both as an advanced practice nurse and also as a certified health coach.
This proprietary course is built on scientific evidence, with a focus on treating the underlying cause(s) of lifestyle-induced chronic disease in order to reverse the disease. We address common myths about health and wellness and support people in making sustainable long-term change.

Anna will meet you at the grocery store and help you find the best foods for your preferences. She will also help you build your pantry to reflect the changes recommended in your individual situation. These can be done anytime in the first 6 months of your membership.
Our goal is supporting you to make sustainable change. We do not want anyone to miss out on the opportunity to reverse disease and restore their health.
The SLIM curriculum completely asynchronous. It is designed to fit into your life, instead of your life fitting into the confines of a traditional course. In total it is about 8 hours of content from the 32 lessons which are approximately 15 minutes on average.
