Find Freedom in your health
Our expertise

Find freedom in your health

We solve medical problems by addressing the underlying root causes of dysfunction. We view health holistically, understanding the intricate connection between thoughts, feelings, and physical symptoms. We identify the causative mindset, beliefs, feelings, habits, and behaviors contributing to lifestyle-induced chronic disease, including obesity.

We focus on long-term solutions and creating sustainable change rather than quick fixes that leave you with unsolved problems. We teach you practical ways to apply science to reverse problems and resolve symptoms. This is not limited to the traditional advice of “diet and exercise” given in traditional medical clinics.

Additional benefits include increased energy, higher self-esteem and self-confidence, stronger relationships, lower stress levels, and increased productivity.

She is passionate about identifying women with atypical risks for diabetes and cardiovascular disease such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, pregnancies affected by diabetes, high blood pressure, or preeclampsia, and severe menopausal vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes), as these all predict future cardiovascular disease.
