The Postpartum Pivot
Our roadmap to reclaiming health after baby
Because Life After Birth Deserves More Than Survival
You brought a new life into the world — but somewhere along the way, you lost touch with your own.
The fatigue, the weight changes, the anxiety, the sense that “something’s off” — they’re not just part of motherhood. They’re signals that your body is asking for recovery, attention, and care that goes beyond the six-week checkup.
The Postpartum Pivot is Dr. Amy Loden Tiffany’s deeply personal and science-backed guide for women who are ready to reclaim their health, identity, and confidence after pregnancy — and prevent long-term conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease that too often begin silently in the postpartum years.

About the Book
Drawing from her experience as a triple-board-certified physician, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, and a mom of four, Dr. Loden Tiffany exposes the hidden gap in women’s healthcare — the space between postpartum care and long-term primary care — and gives women the tools to bridge it.

The Story Behind the Movement
The inspiration for The Postpartum Pivot came from listening to thousands of women over more than 15 years — women who were doing it all and still felt like they were falling apart.
These were CEO moms in every sense of the word — leading businesses, managing households, caring for children and parents — yet constantly putting their own needs last.
Again and again, Dr. Loden Tiffany heard the same truth: there simply wasn’t time left to take care of themselves.
That realization sparked a new mission — to help women repurpose their time and energy, using her signature VIP Filter (Values, Impact, Purpose/Protect) to make intentional choices that protect mental, physical, and spiritual health.
The book was born out of those conversations — out of empathy, science, and a deep belief that women deserve a sustainable framework to thrive in every role they carry.
